Personal Training

I have been in the personal training industry for over 15 years.  My true love is helping people meet their goals one at a time and finding the healthy lifestyle that bests suits their individuality.  Not everyone needs to be a bodybuilder, but fitness is for everyone. Let me design a building block program that centers around over all wellness and good physical conditioning to better meet those lifestyle goals.

Online options:

Periodic Online Challenges: For 25 days, you become part of a group with a single fitness goal. A daily instructional video is provided for your success! Modifications are available to leave no one behind. Whether you are a beginner or someone who currently works-out at a gym, you will be challenged! The program builds with one new exercise per day. Day one is just the one exercise, by day 25, you will have a complete full body work-out that you can use anytime. This workout needs no equipment, just your own body weight, your own time, and your own comfortable space. This is a FREE program. Email me to find out when the next challenge begins.

Online Member Coaching: Each Monday, you are given a workout to master by the end of the week. Each Wednesday is check-in day to see if modifications or help is needed. Each Friday, assessment of your progress is noted. Just like having a gym membership, it is your responsibility to schedule time to show up and do the work. Communication with your trainer is limited at this level. For more structured coaching, you might consider the One on One or Elite Coaching packages. This is a week by week program for $25 per month. There are different skill levels and activities available.  Choose this option and make a payment HERE. Email me for more information.

Online One on One Coaching: This a program designed specifically for you including regular assessments, tracking, habit coaching. You will receive three video workouts that allow you to choose your own peak time. Part of this program is characterized by two-way communication and progress monitoring. You will also have access to a food diary and nutrition feedback. Elite Online Coaching: This online program is designed for those who may need a little more. Meal plans, daily accountability reminders, required tracking with tangible measurements and adherence to goals are all options to help you maximize your potential. This coaching program focuses on lifestyle development based on what you find important. Face to Face training in the Hallettsville area:

45 Minute Session: In-person one-on-one training and coaching time can be purchased at a dollar per minute pay as you go style. 45 minute sessions are recommended and therefore $45 per session. Choose this option and make a payment HERE. Email me for more information.

Shape-up Program: This is a twice a week, 4 week program designed specifically for your needs. Focus on any habit or goal or general health and fitness awareness. This package includes a total of 8 one-on-one 45 minute sessions for $320 ($40 savings).  Choose this option and make a payment HERE. Email me for more information.

The GOAL Program: This is a three times per week, 12 week program designed to get results in a highly focused manner. Thirty-six 45 minute in-person one-on-one sessions will have you reaching goals through intense assessments, accountability reminders, and coaching designed specifically for your needs, abilities and goals.
