Food Guru

We’re not talking diets here.  We are talking about eating delicious foods that also happen to bring balance to your insides.  Normal everyday eating for normal everyday people. What is in your refrigerator, you pantry? Are these foods sustaining you or just getting you by?  What is your mood? How hungry are you when you eat? Are you a candidate for food logging? You have an accountability coach to help with that and nutrition guidance without having to do all of the figuring out yourself.  Let’s face it, eating can be overwhelming. There are corporate giants that want to keep it that way. Or, you can take responsibility for yourself and ignore those corporate giants.
